* What I call "orthogonal isotropic wavelet" here is, modulo some
relatively minor technical differences, basically what is used in JPEG
2000 for image coding. Notice how much better the TI+DI anistropic
wavelet method can recover the filamentary structures in the 3-D
biological dataset.
